MDS operates a farm system for investors in much the same way that major league baseball teams have farm systems for baseball players.
A minimum five-year track record (trade by trade, stock by stock) gives us the data we need to understand an investor’s strengths and weaknesses. For example, if the track record of a Marketocracy Master shows that all the profits came from energy stocks, we believe the time to follow his lead is when he sees opportunities in energy stocks.
Each Marketocracy Master has different strengths and weaknesses. Forming teams of Marketocracy Masters enables us to use Masters when they are playing to their strengths while always holding a more diversified portfolio.
